Roger Real

Greetings! I'm Roger Real, a multifaceted professional with a wealth of entrepreneurial and business experience and a diverse skill set.

As a business owner for over 20 years, I have learned to wear many hats. Besides operations, sales, and marketing, I have taught myself to do many additional tasks, such as web design, graphic design and even computer networking and hardware/software management as well. I would like to bring back the 'Renaissance Man' concept since I can also draw, paint, sculpt and even do some writing, poetry specifically.

As far as work, I currently hold two licenses (a Realtor license and a life insurance agent license) and I also work with one of my previous businesses (Auto Shippers USA) as a client acquisition specialist. As far as my licenses, I am currently active with both licenses and working on growing both my practices.

As a licensed commercial real estate agent with the MSCRE Group, I specialize in navigating the intricate world of commercial real estate. I offer services and expertise exclusively in commercial real estate transactions. I am able to help you with your investment strategies, 1031 exchanges, buying or selling a commercial business, leasing, and investment sales. I do have a member in my team that can help with any Residential Real Estate services as well.

Adding another layer to my professional portfolio, I co-founded Prosperity Partners Agency, contributing to its success as a licensed life insurance agent. Our agency provides a range of products, including term insurance, indexed universal life, fixed annuities, 401k rollovers, and debt settlement solutions.

Complementing my real estate and insurance prowess, I am also a certified life coach recognized by Inside Fitness 360 organization. As a certified life coach, I bring an additional layer of guidance to further empower you in unlocking your path to entrepreneurial success with our business startup consulting services.

With two successful decades as an entrepreneur, I bring a wealth of practical experience to the table. Having successfully managed and grown two auto transport companies, initiated a fitness facility (Fit Life Generation-alas, shuttered by the challenges of COVID), and undertaken various other startup endeavors before that, I understand the intricacies of business from the ground up.

Nancy Castillo

Nancy Castillo, a proud native Texan and mother of four, embarked on her real estate journey in 2019, specializing in residential and land properties. However, her path to becoming a realtor is marked by a rich tapestry of diverse professional experiences that laid the foundation for her success.


Before entering real estate, Nancy spent three years showcasing her creativity and attention to detail as a makeup artist with Sephora. Following this, she dedicated seven years to customer service at JC Penney, where she developed a deep understanding of client needs and a commitment to delivering exceptional service.


Her career trajectory took an upward turn with a promotion to human resources at JC Penney, where she honed invaluable interpersonal and negotiation skills over three more years. This diverse professional background uniquely equips her for success in the real estate industry.

Meet Christopher Johnson who is joining our dynamic team to spearhead our Financial Services. He is newly licensed insurance agent in the state of Texas.

Chris brings a wealth of education and experience to the table, holding a Master of Business Administration from Texas A&M University, a Post-Baccalaureate Secondary Teaching Certificate from the University of North Texas, and a Bachelor of Business Administration from Southern Methodist University.


Chris's professional journey is marked by versatility, showcasing his skills in diverse roles. As a Property Manager at The MAC Group, he adeptly handled HOAs in multiple communities, demonstrating proficiency in coordinating repairs, maintaining compliance, and presenting comprehensive management reports to HOA Boards.


In the realm of education, Chris contributed as a Certified Mathematics Teacher at Sun Ray Chinese School, fostering positive student relationships and employing effective classroom management techniques.
