Roger Real
I'm Roger Real — a bilingual commercial real estate associate and business broker based in the DFW Metroplex. I work with landlords, tenants, and investors through The Woodmont Company, one of Texas's most respected commercial real estate firms.
My path to commercial real estate is different from most brokers you'll meet. In 2004, I co-founded Texas Auto Delivery — and over 16 years, grew it from 5 drivers into a $1.5 million operation with 35+ employees. I built the financial systems, managed the people, ran the dispatch, and eventually transitioned the business. In 2012, I helped co-found and build a second logistics company, Auto Shippers USA — handling the administrative, technical, and marketing infrastructure while my partner ran operations. I exited that in 2019 as well. Two companies built, two successful exits, two very different roles. That experience — owning every layer of a company from multiple angles — is what I bring to every deal.
Before joining Woodmont, I completed three residential fix-and-flip projects, a wholesale deal, and a residential sale — putting my own capital into real estate to understand the mechanics from the inside out. That investor mindset carries into every commercial assignment I take on.
Today I specialize in commercial retail leasing, investment sales, and business brokering. I represent both landlords and tenants, and I work with small business owners who are preparing to sell or acquire an operation. I'm known for being highly responsive, available beyond standard business hours, and willing to work the tougher deals that other brokers avoid.
I'm also bilingual in English and Spanish — a genuine advantage in DFW's diverse commercial market.
